The Paramount Credit Pathway app is free to download and use. Once you connect a Paramount Monitoring membership, your live credit data becomes available within the app, on the website, or on a mobile browser, powering the DIY credit tools, dispute automation, and optional human support.
A. Subscription Plans You may purchase a Paramount Monitoring membership through our website checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our merchant processor to charge the applicable membership fee to your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
B. Payment Processing All payments are processed securely by our merchant processor. By providing your payment card information, you represent that: • You are authorized to use the payment method provided • The billing information you provide is accurate and complete • You authorize our merchant processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
Paramount Credit Pathway does not store raw payment card data on its servers. Card data is handled by our merchant processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
C. Recurring Billing & Cancellation Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, contact us at Team@ParamountCreditPathway.com or manage your subscription through your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
D. Refund Policy All subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Team@ParamountCreditPathway.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
Upon successful payment, we create a secure account for you using our proprietary authentication system. Your login credentials (email and encrypted password) will be emailed to you and can be used to access the Paramount Credit Pathway mobile app on iOS or Android.
You are responsible for: • Keeping your account credentials confidential • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at Team@ParamountCreditPathway.com
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party. Each subscription is for a single user only.
Age Restriction Clause

By purchasing a Paramount Monitoring membership, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a credit monitoring and data service, and not engaging Paramount Credit Pathway to perform credit repair services on your behalf.
The Paramount Credit Pathway app is free and available to all users. Software tools, dispute automation, and optional human support features that rely on live credit data require an active Paramount Monitoring membership, connected through the app, the website, or a mobile browser.
Submitting a contact form on this website does not create: • A client or service relationship of any kind • An agreement for software or support services • A software subscription of any kind • A subscription of any kind
A Paramount Monitoring membership is only activated after you complete a purchase through our website checkout and accept the applicable terms within the Paramount Credit Pathway mobile app.
