Welcome to the Paramount Credit Pathway website operated by Paramount Credit Pathway. By accessing or using this Site, purchasing a subscription, or creating
an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these
Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the website, including the subscription checkout process and account
creation that enables access to the Paramount Credit Pathway mobile app. Additional terms governing
your use of the app itself are available within the app environment.
1. WEBSITE PURPOSE
This Site provides:
• General information about Paramount Credit Pathway
• Overview of our services and subscription options
• A subscription checkout to purchase access to the Paramount Credit Pathway app
• Secure account creation to enable app login
• Educational content and credit resources
• Links to download the Paramount Credit Pathway mobile app (iOS/Android)
• A contact form for general inquiries
The DIY credit tools, software features, and optional human support are accessed through the Paramount
Credit Pathway mobile app following successful account creation.
2. SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES & BILLING
A. Subscription Plans
You may purchase a subscription to Paramount Credit Pathway through our website checkout. By
completing a purchase, you authorize us and our merchant processor to charge the applicable
subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
B. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by our merchant processor. By providing your payment card
information, you represent that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The billing information you provide is accurate and complete
• You authorize our merchant processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
Paramount Credit Pathway does not store raw payment card data on its servers. Card data is handled by
our merchant processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
C. Recurring Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal
date. To cancel your subscription, contact us at Team@ParamountCreditPathway.com or manage your
subscription through your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for
partial periods unless required by applicable law.
D. Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please
contact Team@ParamountCreditPathway.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your
request. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION & APP ACCESS
Upon successful payment, we create a secure account for you using Google Firebase Authentication.
Your login credentials (email and encrypted password) will be emailed to you and can be used to access
the Paramount Credit Pathway mobile app on iOS or Android.
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at
Team@ParamountCreditPathway.com
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party. Each subscription is for a
single user only.
4. NATURE OF SERVICE – DIY SOFTWARE PLATFORM
Paramount Credit Pathway is a self-service software platform that provides users with tools, educational
resources, and automation to manage their own credit improvement efforts. We do not perform credit
repair on your behalf. The platform gives you the tools to dispute inaccurate information yourself, track
your credit, and take action — with optional human support available as an add-on. You are solely
responsible for all actions taken with respect to your credit using our platform.
• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, at no charge,
directly with the credit bureaus — our platform helps you do this more efficiently
• We cannot guarantee specific results, and we cannot remove accurate negative information from
your credit report
• We provide software access upon payment; we do not charge for credit repair services performed
on your behalf, as we do not perform credit repair
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a self-service software
platform and not engaging Paramount Credit Pathway to perform credit repair services on your behalf.
All software tools, dispute automation, and optional human support features are accessed through the
mobile app, not the website. The website functions solely as an informational platform and subscription
purchase portal.
5. NO SERVICE AGREEMENT CREATED BY CONTACT FORM
Submitting a contact form on this website does not create:
• A client or service relationship of any kind
• An agreement for software or support services
• A software subscription of any kind
• A subscription of any kind
A software subscription is only activated after you complete a purchase through our website checkout and
accept the applicable terms within the Paramount Credit Pathway mobile app.
6. WEBSITE USER CONDUCT
When using the Site, you agree not to:
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission
